MASTER IN FINANCIAL ECONOMICSS (MFE)

A Master’s degree in Financial Economics, provides a rigorous understanding of theoretical finance and the economic framework upon which that theory is based. The degree is postgraduate, and usually incorporates a thesis or research component. Programs may be offered jointly by the business school and the economics department.
The Models for Financial Economics is a 3-hour exam that consists of 30 multiple choice questions. Also a normal distribution calculator will be available during the test. The syllabus for Exam MFE develops the candidate's knowledge of the theoretical basis of financial models and the application of those models to insurance and other financial risks.
